Requirements:

1. Applicant must have attended two S.T.A.R. Shabbatons (One being in the year of Israel trip)
2. Applicant has to have attended at least five S.T.A.R. events/trips.
3. Applicant must be a member of a synagogue.
4. Applicant must be 15 or 16 years old to apply.
